Leave the communication to Sofie: it is her chosen profession. At least it will be her profession once she completes her Business Communication and Digital Media studies at Tilburg University. At Halsten, she has quickly made herself indispensable based on her involvement with the new website, the plan of action she has drawn up for smart use of social media, and her use of online events for training purposes. While also finding the time to help colleagues make the layout of their proposals appealing.
