After completing her master’s degree in corporate law, Maxime joined Halsten as a legal counsel in 2024. In addition to her experience with corporate law contracts such as cooperation agreements, confidentiality agreements and questions relating to the shareholders’ register, she also has a strong interest in employment and privacy law.
With her eagerness to learn and her notebook always at hand, Maxime ensures she makes the right connections and navigates easily through legal issues. As a legal counsel, she works with precision and ensures that every relevant detail is reflected in her research and advice.
