As a legal counsel, Liedeke focuses primarily on employment law and procurement law. After several valuable years as a lawyer, she transitioned to the role of in-house counsel at Halsten.
With Amsterdam as her home base, she handles a wide range of employment law issues on a weekly basis, such as individual and collective dismissals, reorganisations, and employee participation. Furthermore, Liedeke supports both contracting authorities and market participants in tenders – for example, by drafting tender documents or submitting bids for procurement procedures.
Her goal is clear: simplifying complex legal frameworks into useful advice. Liedeke values being accessible and approachable for both clients and colleagues.
In her free time, Liedeke enjoys hosting dinners for friends and family. Her interest in food and nutrition ensures that she always serves a varied menu.
