Senior counsel Andrea has gained broad knowledge in contract law through her years of experience. She is pragmatic, solution-oriented and creative. And that is exactly why she is in her element at Halsten with a broadly varying portfolio.
Andrea is a generalist and enjoys assisting many innovative organizations in particular. In doing so, she uses her extensive experience in drafting and negotiating (international) contracts, intellectual property, privacy and consumer laws and regulations within e-commerce, ICT, and Travel. After working as a lawyer for five years, she made the switch to corporate legal work and worked for many years as an interim legal counsel for various clients in the technological, innovative sector, including IBM, TNO, Interxion, Logica and Canon. Before joining Halsten, she was Head of Legal for e-commerce company and travel provider Travix for 4 years. In her free time, Andrea enjoys music, odd jobs, working in the garden, walks in the woods with her dog, and personal development.
