Andrea has extensive experience drafting and negotiating (international) contracts and specializes in intellectual property, privacy, and consumer law within the e-commerce, ICT, and travel sectors.
After five years of practicing as an attorney, she went on to work as an interim legal counsel, advising various technology companies such as IBM, TNO, Interxion, Logica, and Canon. Before joining Halsten, Andrea served as Head of Legal at the e-commerce company Travix for four years.
Her passion lies in advising on innovative projects, from start-ups to established companies focused on technological development and innovation. And in particular she is committed to initiatives in the field of sustainable energy.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dogs in the forest.
