The platform has initiated collaborations with a variety of service providers offering relevant support to freelancers, such as training programmes and accounting services. Contractors are free to enter into agreements with these partners independently, alongside their use of the platform.
Together with the Younited team, we developed clear and robust terms of use for the platform. We also helped integrate a wide range of partners to create a transparent, user-friendly platform that lowers barriers and adds value for both freelancers and hiring organisations. The ultimate aim is to relieve both parties of administrative burdens and offer a smooth, professional experience.
For this project, I brought together a dedicated team within Halsten. One colleague contributed significant experience in supporting the development of digital platforms, while another brought deep expertise in contractual work.
