EREN Industries S.A. in obtaining the option right to acquire 100% of the shares in the capital of HyDevCo B.V., a company holding all the shares in a project SPV that will develop a biomass-to-hydrogen plant in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
July 2024
the shareholders of Athom Holding (Homey) with the sale of 100% of their shares to LG Electronics.
June 2024
GLI Group in the purchase of 100% of the shares in the capital of Trisigma, a leading global gaming and gambling systems testing, inspection, certification and auditing company.
May 2024
Lucas Bols in entering a cooperation with The Muff Liquor Company, granting Lucas Bols USA exclusive distribution rights in the US.
April 2024
EFFECT Photonics with a series D investment round in which €35 million of capital was raised from various investors, including €20 million from Innovation Industries Strategic Partners Fund with support of Dutch pension funds PMT and PME.
